Um hello delicious AND healthy

If you are like me, you're ALWAYS looking for new side dishes to go with your main dish. Well I found this wonderful idea and gave it a try. 
Zucchini and Yellow Squash
Like two peas in a pod. 
Let's just say I could have this wonderful combination as a side with just about every main dish. Mmmmm. Delish.
Spray a little cooking spray, garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and pepper on top. Throw em in the oven and roast em to perfection. 

The Mr. and I have been trying to eat healthier, and this lovely dish fits right into our plans!!
